Kelly at the front desk really helped my son and I out when he needed to be seen ASAP for a quick test. She worked us in despite being near capacity and guided us through the process. Everyone was very personable and did their jobs well and quickly. Definitely coming back.

The wait time was really long, but it was because of the circumstances around Omicron Covid with everyone trying to get a Covid test at the same time. But overall you were well organized and, although we had to wait a few hours, I was very happy with the process! And it was great to get results today!

My first time ever going to Urgent Care 1 or any Urgent Visit. This would be my favorite place of visit for an Urgent Care visit. The provider and staff are friendly than any I've have came in contact with, very caring and professional. The wait time were just as one of the staff said to me as I walked up to the check-in. I were referred to go there by one of my primary doctor staff that Physicians Health of Yale at 1 Longwharf due to my doctor not being in the office. It’s important that people schedule ahead because it makes your life easier and the staffs’ jobs easier. I would recommend they post things like schedule ahead for XY & Z. Especially testing because we’re still not out of the woods yet.

Always a good experience. The wait is just too long when you have an appointment. Especially if your appointment is just for a Covid test. I had a 4:45pm appointment and I was not seen until after 6pm

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.
