Doctor was very kind and patient, but the nurse was not. My son had anxiety about getting tested and said, “wait”, but the nurse, seemingly in a hurry, said “no” and swabbed anyway. My son felt like his voice didn’t matter. She should have taken the time to hear him. :( Everyone else was awesome! :)

We were able to be seen quite quickly for a wrist injury for my 6yr old daughter. The wait time was short and the staff was AMAZING! So helpful, POSITIVE and CARING!!! This was our first experience at this location, but the next time one of our children need Urgent Care...we will be going here!

While I don’t like mg kids being sick, I love having this option to take them to. We have always only received excellent care, from the reception to the nurses to the doctors - this place is the best. We have never had a long wait time to be called back and on average the doctors are in the exam room very quickly. We get excellent, quick care but never feel rushed. I pass other Urgent Cares on my way here and I do so happily because I know my kids will get the best care here.

The staff was wonderful. We had an appointment and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes upon arriving. They were quick and thorough. COVID symptoms and what to expect after the test - all was explained so well. Wonderful and loving place to take sick kids.

This is the best pediatric urgent care in the area! I pass several others to get to them and have never regretted it! The staff is always extremely sweet, patient, and efficient. I have never had a long wait time be it in the waiting room or exam rooms, it’s always the best care done quickly.

They accept Medicaid, children’s AND adults! Covid tested completed for myself and baby. Received rapid test AND second test to send off, which was advised would be available in 3-4 days, 1 day if lucky. The staff was very knowledgeable and had exceptional bedside manner. Will most definitely keep this facility in my top go to’s In the event of another illness.
