Compassionate and thoughtful care by a truly top-notch staff. Our wait time was long, but everyone kept their composure and was extremely helpful. I trust them with my children’s health care, and appreciate having the option of taking them there for care when the pediatrician’s office is unavailable. Everyone was incredibly friendly and respectful.

This was our first time visiting PM Pediatrics. I was very impressed at the friendliness of the staff - they were exceptional. They cared for my baby very tenderly. There was not a long wait and the doctor checked in on us multiple times. Highly recommend.

I was treated with kindness and efficiency and received the COVID test I wanted. The only downside was they don't accept Medicare but that was kind of humorous because they're a pediatric facility so they aren't asked to bill Medicare very often. :)

We have been a few times and every time had a great experience. We never feel rushed out and always feel like they care to improve symptoms/health. Dr Steve and Joe were wonderful making my 8 year old daughter feel comfortable both emotionally and physically!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience today at WakeMed Children’s PM Pediatrics Urgent Care. There was no wait and the staff was very courteous and polite. It was very clean and my daughter loved all the colorful, fun art and decor. She was very comfortable being treated there.

I didn’t know a urgent care for kids was a thing so originally took my son to A different urgent care and had the worst possible experience. When I got home my neighbor told us about this location so I brought my son here right away. What a difference!! Beyond friendly staff helped and jump on it right away. They were extremely sympathetic to my sick son and worked quickly to get him the care needed. This place is beyond incredible. I’m a first time mom so I know I get overly scared but they were so reassuring. Amazing.

Wonderful knowledgeable staff. My son got IV and he did not notice or respond to the stick. The RN had magic hands and the Dr. provided excellent service and advice. This is my children's urgent care going forward.

Staff was amazing. We were there for my daughter to have a Covid test and we left very informed on what steps to take until we receive results as well as if test is positive. The front office staff member was so patient and friendly all while being overwhelmed with phone calls and checking patients in.

This urgent care was one of the best I’ve been to. The facility was extremely clean and the staff was fantastic and so nice! It was such a pleasant visit. They were very fast to get us in and out and we didn’t even have to wait. We will always use this location in the future.

PM Pediatric WakeMed Childrens Urgent Care, Cary NC - 2007 Walnut St

Long wait time, understandably, it was busy, and the front desk person called me on my phone and asked us where we were...I told her that we were in one of the examination rooms, waiting for the doc, they forgot that we were there. The staff otherwise were great, the EMT/manager was super helpful, and the doctor was a high-quality guy...it was a great experience overall.
