Everyone was really friendly. The office was really clean. The wait time was really short, and it was so convenient to book an appointment the same day. I would highly recommend PM pediatrics! The nurse and doctor both had great bedside manner.

My kids needed COVID tests that did not go all the way up their noses. We were able to schedule same-day appointments and were waited on promptly. During the doctor's visit, the doctor was very thorough and friendly. The swab was nostril-only. Only down side is that the results take a couple days.

First visit to pediatric urgent care. Very clean and staff was friendly and welcoming which helped keep my toddler calm. The only downside was the hour wait. I will check in online ahead the next time to avoid the wait.

I was uptight going there as I needed to take a Covid test. The nurse that administered the test along with the PA were very professional and did not rush me as I had a few questions that I needed answered. Also, the girl at the desk who checked me in was a very pleasant young girl! Thank you Pediatric Urgent Care

Everything was great except I don’t think adults should be seen at a pediatric urgent care I felt my wait time would have been less if there wasn’t a 80 year old getting card in the same facility as children

We had an excellent first experience. Staff and doctor were absolutely fantastic, friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and made us feel very well cared for. The examiner was fast and efficient, still approachable and kind. The place is easy to find. Reception area was set up with 2 check in terminals, spaced far away. Everywhere were filled(!) hand sanitizing stations for us to use as needed. We were allowed to wait in the car, and the wait was short. We needed a strep throat and covid Test on a Saturday fur our child. While Children’s hospital of Philadelphia denied us an appointment, as they only accept preregistration during weekdays, Pmpediatrics offered appointments online without problems. This was our first visit and we are very thankful for them taking us in right away!

I always leave a comment! I have to say once again, this maybe the BEST urgent care ever!!! Staff is amazing, they always are spot on. Love it, can’t say enough wonderful things!!!

Staff was great. My only issue was that they advertise rapid covid tests (which is why we went) but then tell you they don't do them for kids because they are inaccurate. If you don't do them for kidscthen why do you advertise it in a pediatric office?

As a healthcare provider I was appalled by the behavior of your front desk supervisor. She was both rude and inappropriate. It was our first time visiting this urgent care and quite likely our last if that is how PM Pediatric staff members are taught to treat their patients and families. At the recommendation of our daycare director we made an appointment to visit your location. We filled out the forms online and provided copies of our insurance card as requested. I then proceeded to drive to your location. My phone rang at *** on the way asking if I was there. I said I was not but that i had scheduled an appointment for *** and we would be there in 5 minutes. The person who called (not the supervisor) said okay please let us know when you arrived. When we got there I took my 2 year old, sick child out of the car and into the urgent care. There was a person in front of me so i waited to be called upon. In the meantime another person entered behind us. When the supervisor was finished with the person in front of us she called on the person behind us and then just looked at me - no hello, no can i help you. I told her my son's name and that he had an appointment. She told us to go outside in the dark and wait. We were then called (on the phone) to come back inside with an ID since our insurance card had already been uploaded. We then waited for almost an hour to be called back. While waiting a gentleman complained that other people (not us because we were still waiting) had gone back ahead of him. She told him it was because someone at home had bumped him for a *** appointment while looking my way. *** not *** or not just an appointment but rather the exact to the minute appointment time that I had scheduled for my son. He said so people can just schedule appointments while they're chilling at home and she said yes. First and foremost no one can schedule an appointment that's not available and no patient should be made to feel bad for scheduling an available appointment especially when it is an option offered by your company. My son is sick, super runny nose, coughing, and he's 2 which means he touches everything and doesn't want to keep a mask on. It was the most responsible thing to do to prevent time spent in your waiting room exposing other children and time exposing him to all of the dirty surfaces in your facility. After having been spoken to the way we were, bypassed and NOT greeted upon entering, and then spoken about to other patients it makes you wonder if maybe the issue was that we were Muslim? You really should consider replacing her with someone who is friendly, appropriate, and RESPECTFUL to everyone - even Muslims.

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend
