This place has been great when we needed to get our kiddo in when his pediatrician wasn’t open. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Rachel! She is amazing and her bedside manner is wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and I love that she loved on my sweet baby. I love that you can check in and get an appointment time so you don’t have to wait around in the lobby as well. This will be our go-to place when our pediatricians aren’t available and we have an urgent problem.

It was our first time going to Children’s PM Urgent Care in The Colony. My daughter has some anxiety about going to see the doctor but the staff did a great job in making her feel very comfortable. We didn’t have a wait time and the staff was very friendly.

Dr. Johnson was fantastic!!! I am only filling out one review but I brought my 2 teens and myself in for COVID testing. Super easy; we were all a bit nervous!! All staff was great!

I and my 3 kids took were Covid tested. It was easy!! In and out in 15 minutes. Results quicker than other testing facilities in Dallas! Highly recommend!!

Everyone was incredibly sweet! From the receptionist who was well spoken and friendly, who even followed up with me next day to check in and see how everything was going. To the nurse that was amazing with my daughter and got her to swallow pills for the first time like a champ! And the doctor who was calm, collected and answered my many questions without looking annoyed. I may have been having a minor freak out inside. Number one because I thought my daughter was bitten by a deadly spider and number two I did not want to go in to an urgent care during this Covid period! But it was very clean and comfortable and everyone was calm, reassuring to me and made my 6 year old at ease. Overall fantastic and I would recommend anyone to go in!

We had a great experience with the doctor and the nurse. They were both kind and caring to myself and my three kids. The receptionist was helpful and thorough as well. We were able to get same day covid testing. Calling back for lab results was not that great of an experience. The person who I spoke with was extremely rude and cut me off multiple times. I was checking on the status of an email with my lab results and in her words she hadn’t gotten to them yet because she’s busy and will get to them at some point. She was rude

It took 45 minutes just to get a covid test. Waiting for the doctor after was totally unnecessary. It should be on request.

The wait time in the room and between covid testing was long. Appt 5:40. Arrived 5:30 left at 8:10pm. I felt it could have been quicker.

The staff was so friendly and caring. I drove a bit further to get here and avoid the huge wait at our other urgent care, and it was WELL worth the drive. They had him feeling better quick.
