Pm Pediatrics was recommended to us and we would definitely go back. Everyone was very nice and great with my son. Lab results were back in exactly 15 minutes as they told us they would be. It was easy to schedule the appointment online.

My daughter goes to PM Pediatrics for all of her emergency care needs. Always a great experience, but today was amazing! Our Nursing Assistant was so sweet! Our Nurse Practitioner was so good with my kid. Normally she is kicking and screaming but the NP made it so my daughter was so calm. My only emergency care place to go to.

After waiting for this appointment all day, driving 30 minutes and waiting a hour, I was extremely disappointed that the doctor refused to do a rapid covid test even though we have guests coming and my husband is high risk. Of course we did aPCR but for my peace of mind asked several times for a rapid too. i feel she was disrespectful and insensitive. i will not be back.

I would never consider them again. I arrived on time and they were 10 minutes late to serve my son for a covid test. Once the covid swab was complete I waited 30 minutes for a doctor to show up to do basically nothing but to bill my health insurance for more money. During my wait I said I needed to leave because my 2 year old was impatient and hungry and I received poor customer service as it’s not needed in healthcare. This urgent care showed no such urgency as what is stated in their title.
