I waited for over an hour. The receptionist stepped out to get lunch for the office, which was fine, but she hadn’t registered myself or the patient that walked in after me. When she returned, she registered the patient that walked in after me, then me. He was called back first. I am self pay, he has insurance. When we were trying to process my payment, they took him back. Her phone rang and she answered it. She tried to call the person helping me pay my bill, but must have called the wrong number. At this point, I was fed up, mainly because I should have been registered and taken back before the other patient. I was there 10 minutes before he was. I’ve been sick for 2 days and can hardly talk. I will never go back. It was completely unprofessional.

waited over 20 minutes tonight to be told that the Dr has to leave at 8 and they would not be able to see me. I should have been told this upon my arrival rather than having me sit in a waiting room with other sick people for that long. There was also several people that came in after me that were also waiting. Very bad customer service. I will never go here again.
