Provider and staff were wonderful. They were able to treat the issue I came in for and explained every step of the process. Allie and team did a excellent job.

Got a horrible friction burn that was freaking me out, because I thought it was getting worse. I came in and was seen within 5 min! The PA was very knowledgeable about my injury type, helped soothe my concerns and taught me what to look for. He sent me home with with antibiotic ointment to last through the week.

I’ve been to a few urgent cares in the area and this place is by far the best place I’ve taken my kids. Staff are all kind and friendly, super professional and the Doctor was just amazing!

While preparing dinner I cut my thumb quite badly. I was able to make an appointment on my cell phone as my husband was driving me to MD Urgent Care. I signed a couple of pieces of paper and was quickly taken to an examination room. Staff was friendly and caring. I got a couple of stitches and was in and out in under an hour and a half.

We have been to the South Elgin Advocate Sherman urgent care center for both outpatient testing & urgent care. We have had GREAT care every time we have been there with our kids of all ages for various things & ourselves as well. Hands down, we MUCH prefer the Sherman urgent care to Sherman Hospital ER or even Delnor ER. We have a special needs kiddo & Sherman UC was GREAT with her. We have scheduled online every time we have gone there, & every time they have always called us back within 10-15 minutes of our appointment time, if not BEFORE our appointment time. I have had prenatal ultrasounds there, & other ultrasounds were performed on some of our kiddos there (newborn to teen). The techs have always been great & results were sent to our doctors quickly. When we have a choice to go to an ER or Sherman Urgent Care, we go to Sherman UC without any hesitation. We love that it is NOT loaded with sick people coughing all over, is actually CLEAN (well, as clean as a medical facility will be due to the nature of the business), & everybody is FRIENDLY. A++
