I was able to schedule an appointment in the middle of the night for first thing in the morning. I was able to pre-check in so had only a few minutes wait time after we arrived.  The medical personnel was polite and efficient and check out and co-pay was covered on arrival so I was able to leave and pick up prescription on the way home. I think it went very well for short notice.

Booking was simple and I didn’t have to fill out documents I completed online. Yayyy!!! Amazing, was the staff. I truly appreciated the professionalism and compassion. Thank you!

Been sick for several days, it’s a lot of hassle trying to get appointment same day with my primary physician so decided to try American family care Urgent Care. I took my Grandson a few weeks ago & the staff was so friendly, was in & out quick & he was well in no time, so I thought I would try them . I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
