Been sick for several days, it’s a lot of hassle trying to get appointment same day with my primary physician so decided to try American family care Urgent Care. I took my Grandson a few weeks ago & the staff was so friendly, was in & out quick & he was well in no time, so I thought I would try them . Got the same excellent service from all the staff & was VERY pleased ! I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks again to all the Staff @ American Family Care Urgent Care 🙏♥️

I was able to schedule an appointment in the middle of the night for first thing in the morning. I was able to pre-check in so had only a few minutes wait time after we arrived.  The medical personnel was polite and efficient and check out and co-pay was covered on arrival so I was able to leave and pick up prescription on the way home. I think it went very well for short notice.

Woke up feeling horrible. All staff and dr was so nice. Thank you Dr Richard’s, Lucy, Riley and Diamond. Y’all are the best.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
