Unfortunately this was a return from previous Saturday. Diagnosed as viral but symptoms continue. Today was prescribed an antibiotic, hopefully this will take care of it. I did not make an appointment. Staff was great. Only had about 45 minute wait.

Last night felt worse with a sore throat and ear pain and made an appointment for the next day. They thoroughly checked me out and gave me a script and hoping that will help. They do an excellent job there!!

When I arrived for treatment for a tick bite, I stood at the desk and the receptionist did not look up or even acknowledge me. I waited about one minute and then she said, “how can I help you?” in a monotone voice still not looking at me. She could not have been more disinterested in my existence. The wait was fine, about 15 minutes. The doctor on call was ok, but I felt she blew off my stomach issue that I was worried could be related to the tick bite. She also seemed rushed. I would have been better just waiting for an appointment with my regular doctor.  I would not recommend this place.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
