The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. I was not feeling well for 2 days. I didn’t have an appointment , just walked-in. The front desk was very professional and friendly. My  registration was fast since I have been there before. My vital were taken right away and then seen by Dr. J. Islam. I love coming to this place, they sure do take care of the sick.

I had a conundrum. 100 yo mom had appt with audiologist to take wax out of her ear since Mon could not hear anything. Audiologist declined to do it and said she needed urgent care or ENT. Hard to get her out and did it want the day to be for naught. Called Antonia at this location and she was stellar! So professional, friendly, empathetic and helpful. Got mom in and they took excellent care of her!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
