Woke up with a problematic eye, had been deciding whether to make an appointment with my Regular doctor or have it checked out. Decided to walk in to the urgent care, got everything I needed and staff were helpful and friendly.

Taylor and her medical assistant in the Urgent Care were great. They listened and helped me. The check in staff were rude. I explained that I was there to be seen as I had a fever for three days and she snapped at me to put a mask on. I don’t feel well enough to be treated like that. While I don’t recommend the check in staff, I do highly recommended Taylor.

I scheduled an appointment for 8:40 and checked in at 8:37, people with walks ins were seen before me and i waited til around 9:15 to be taken back, i didn’t leave the office til right at 10. this is the second time i had to wait a while after having an appointment

Xpress Wellness Urgent Care, Guthrie - 1201 S Division St

Stopped here on a trip from South Dakota to Austin TX. Had a horrible bladder infection. Got right in and received treatment. Had the pharmacy stay open to pick up the medication. Great place!
