Wasn't feeling good for 3 days. On third night decided to schedule an appointment at Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care in Gallatin. Did all of the process that evening for Saturday morning, arrived 30 minutes early, and was taken right in, after checking in and paying my co-pay. Doctor was humorous but knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

Everyone was super nice. I just wish quality of care was better. Medical person seeing me didn't even come close to me to view my complaint. How could you diagnose by seeing 4 feet away? It seemed like fast food health care with a quick and easy diagnosis made without thorough examination. I was disappointed.
