Had sinus problems and decided to go to urgent care as a walk-in. The staff was very friendly and the FNP’s are wonderful! This is always my back up plan when my family doctor is booked. Tower Medical is a Great place!

AFC Urgent Care, Beaumont - 3195 Dowlen Rd, Beaumont

My son split his leg open playing on the concrete at school. It looked fairly deep to me and I thought it might require stitches. I brought him to AFC because of its convenient location where we were greeted by the friendly receptionist and instructed how to sign in. I love the ease of the QR code registration. All paperwork was completed via my phone after scanning the code which made it easy and efficient. Though there was a lengthy wait once we were in a treatment room, the nurses and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor cleaned and stitched his leg, gave me instructions for after care, and apologized for the wait time. Overall, this was a great experience and, though I hope not to be back, I would choose AFC again for a minor emergency.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was at Next Level Urgent care in Beaumont on Phelan Street. The young lady that checked me in was very helpful. Internet was slow so she did it for me on a tablet. I had Juan as a tech and Tina Marie as a provider and they were amazing. Very thorough and considerate. I could not have asked for better treatment. I left feeling like these people really care about others. Overall a great experience.
