Live Urgent Care, Bordentown

Booked appointment last night so I could stop before work got there 7:50am first one in. At 8:15 they had called 2 people back before me. I asked person at intake desk what was up. Was immediately taken back and out in 15 minutes. Glad I spoke up & glad they listened.

I am very prone to UTIs and I visit your urgent care often. I see specialists as well. The week prior I had a kidney infection (treated elsewhere) and came into to Live urgent care because I still had symptoms and wanted to see if additional medication was needed. I explained to the provider that my on-site test is often negative, but the lab test is often positive. So, at this visit, I tested negative and asked the provider to call once lab test was in because I was still experiencing discomfort. The provider refused to send the urine sample to the lab. I explained to her this is common for me, but she kept cutting me off and refused to send it. I also explained that I have interstitial cystitis and if an infection is left untreated, it could cause a several week flare-up. She still wouldn’t send it. I should mention every other time I have been there, they always have sent it to the lab, so I was confused as to why she was so resistant. I then left there in tears, called my OBGYN and could not in for several days. I did in fact still have an infection and my treatment was delayed for several days because this provider was so unhelpful. Seeing her was a complete waste of my $50 copay. I come there often and bring my kids too, and I will not return again. I felt disregarded and disappointed, and I am not sure why I deserved to be treated that way. I was in pain and all I was asking for is for my urine be checked at the lab to be safe, and she blew me off and made me feel even worse. And now, several days later, I am finally being treated properly. She needs some training in kindness and compassion.

All went great. The wait was short and the doctor was very professional. I have used this location often

I was able to do most of the scheduling online which is very convenient. Once I arrived it was w matter of providing my medical card and completing new patient documents on my phone. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes. My ailments was a rash so not much need for detailed care.

Went in for an xray of a sore foot..was told I would have to pay out if pocket even thought I have insurance coverage..very disappointed and will not return.

I fully satisfied with great care taken by Dr and immediately called Ambulance for my chest pain problems and send me to the ER immediately Thanks all staff members and Dr for helping me. GOD BLESS YOU 🙏🙏

The staff was great and I was able to be diagnosed swiftly and treated  Very professional   Highly recommend this facility

The man who took my vitals was very kinda and to the point. my provider was short arrogant and had no bedside manners. could tell she wasn't in any mood to be dealing with people . i almost always have one issue with this location every appointment and try my hardest to avoid coming here.
