I received excellent care from nurses and doctor. However, the phone response I received from the receptionist was very insensitive. I had expressed my need to know Covid results as soon as I could. Was told by doctor that results could be available that evening, the time I called. I had been in contact with another who helps her 96 year old mother care for her 104 year old dad. Their possible exposure could be devastating. I called to see if the results were possibly available and explained why. The receptionist’s response was “Aaand? The results will be available in 48-72 hours!” Nothing else. ( I had been told by the doctor that the results could be in that evening.) Her response was very insensitive. She made it known that it did not matter to her and she didn’t care. I returned a call, wanting to inform someone of the experience but again received a response that ignored what was being expressed. It was all very frustrating.
