We had a good overall experience except for one staff member. Kim was not professional. She did not introduce herself. When we asked questions she did not respond. She was abrupt and almost rude. Kim needs to be trained in bedside manner and customer service skills. Or Kim should not work with patients. The front desk staff was very kind and the nurse practitioner was competent and helpful.
