    If there was a half-star or zero star option, I would have chosen that. The receptionists were HORRIBLE. ALL of them were so RUDE! Their website talks about receiving compassionate care - that's a JOKE! No wonder their ratings overall are so LOW. They gave us such a hard time about a doctors note and they FILLED IT OUT WRONG too. Like I'm already not feeling good as it is, but then to have to deal with RUDE people, that's horrible! I've tried contacting the private owner, Julianne, about this and I am awaiting a response back.

    What a joke. I go there with a pain in my side that has been there for almost a week. They tell me it could be a hernia or pulled muscle. Tells me I should go to the er to have an ultrasound done. Then they give me what they call a gi cocktail, which after looking it up is for indigestion. So of course I paid my copay and pretty much told to go somewhere else. What a waste of time and money and still have no answer

    This is hands down my favorite urgent care. Ever since we found this place I won’t go anywhere else!!
