I went in to get my arm looked at. Had a rash and some swelling. A virtual doctor had prescribed me something for a tick bite but I didn’t think that was it so I wanted to get another opinion. Diana was very unprofessional. She didn’t realize the walls were thin and was openly talking about “I love when people come to us after someone has already solved the problem. We’re superstars.” Very rude and discrediting to herself. Once she came in she questioned why I needed to be there and just kept saying I don’t know dude. Advised it wasn’t a tick bite and said I should check for a blood clot but without any recommendations on where. Would not go back to this location.

Scheduling & check in online was easy. Went in & asked to use the restroom, was told what I needed to go in for was gonna need a urine sample. Then receptionist just stayed staring at me so I assumed that meant wait til your called back. So I asked if I needed ti go to my car or wait in lobby then was rudely told “let me get you a cup”. She hadn’t said that prior so I was very confused why she was staring at me. Then I was told to wait in the lobby so I did. Then I received a text saying I was ready to be seen so I went to the receptionist again and showed her the text and she very rudely said “okay??” And seemed confused why I was showing her the text. Then I said so do I go back by myself or (again, instructions were very unclear). She then said “oh! I had you down as still in your car, someone will call you back”. After this interaction everything was smooth other than I waited 2 hours to be seen by a physician.

I was feeling badly all weekend and on Monday I made an appointment online later that day. From check in to check out everyone was friendly. The provider was very personable and discovered why I was feeling badly. My horrible headache finally went away and I got a good night's sleep. I am taking her advice on getting better. It was a good experience even though I was feeling crappy.

Scheduled appointment for a lingering cough. I felt miserable that day and worried I might have something more serious. FNP D. Kauffman was patient and very caring. She knew right away what to diagnose me with. As my tears rolled down my cheeks she told me she is going to take care of me and make me feel better. I really felt cared for. Thank you! Highly recommend her!

The secretary was very efficient and nice. The nurse as well. When it came to my dr she was in a hurry. After she gave a diagnosis she got confused with some tests I took before hand and when I went back she was annoyed and rude to me because I was confused about what she talking about. Now that I’m at home I’ve been waiting for the prescription for a few hours and nothing has been sent to me or my closest pharmacy
