My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

The staff and doctor was very caring with our son who has special needs.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

Very quick process and very friendly.

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Great service from staff to physician. It's why I keep coming back!!! Good Work People!!!

The nurse and front desk lady were nice but when the doctor came in to tell me my results the door was open for everyone to hear and when I asked if I would be getting a paper copy for work I was told and I quote “honey it’s 2024 we don’t do paper, you’re gonna get everything sent to the pharmacy” then he proceeded to just leave the room like it wasn’t serious.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Dr. Gabriel is great- wonderful patient education, bed-side manner, and medical knowledge. 10/10 experience!

Easy and quick check in on your phone. Came early and no wait at all. Tests were done quick and prescription sent electronically. Enjoyed, and would return
