Sinusitis treatment

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

I thought I might have broke my jaw so that is why I went to Live Urgent Care. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They put me at ease very quickly. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you ladies for everything!

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

Had a swollen painful knee from repetitive motion at work and was sent to have it checked out. I was seen within a few minutes and xrayed. Everyone ( X-ray tech, receptionist and nurse practitioner) very pleasant

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

My experience from the receptionist to seeing the doctor was quick and I was impressed with the overall competence and care I received. Very good experience for my first visit

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

Dr was exceptional. The front desk was very efficient
