Courteous staff from receptionist to medical personnel. Short wait time in the lobby, though that will probably vary in flu season. Medical attention was prompt, thorough, and effective. For me, an excellent first experience at this clinic.

Slow as molasses. No one there because two people had just left due to wait time and nurse came out standing around, still took 45 minutes to call us in. Why name immediate vs having sick appts available? Then you can make your appt ahead of time. Always thought mundelein receptionists seem lazy and slow.
