Waited 2 hours even with a time reserved. Then was diagnosed with Strep after a not-very definitive test. Was given antibiotics and went home. It is now 4 days later and my symptoms (cough, wheezing, swollen glands, sore throat, fatigue) have all gotten worse. I will not go back to WestMed to wait another 2 hours. I will just stay home and keep missing work (as I have done for 3 days) since whatever this is doesn’t seem to be getting worse…just not going away.2

Maybe not talk.so loud when discussing what's going on with patients condition in an open room where everyone can hear your private discussions. Felt really upset about that. Doesn't make you feel important it makes you feel like a nuisance.

Spent the majority of my visit trying to convince Dr. Manuel Esteban that I wasn’t feeling well. I found him incredibly antagonizing for no reason. I came in to the urgent care to get an updated letter for time off (workers comp) with my job, as I still wasn’t feeling well enough to go back to work after a week. For some reason, it didn’t seem my concerns with returning to work were sufficient to him (attention, critical thinking, reflexes, quality of care), even with him knowing I work with young autistic children. He refused to give me any sort of input/advice regarding my concussion or how much more time I might need off unless it was in opposition to something I said. The appointment was so stressful, as I was already in pain and having difficulty thinking critically with my concussion, I left my appointment in tears. Frankly, I have never been treated so poorly from a physician and after this experience, I will never be returning to this urgent care.

Dr. Steven’s was friendly and warm. Everything ran efficiently.

DR. Udo, was fabulous ear problem found nothing, did a reco for me, all good!!

Quick and professional. Doctor and nurse were amazing friendly and asked all the required questions. Great assessment. The front desk person however not very friendly and we’re talking about people calling in for their results, now I know why they called I couldn’t get into my portal to check my results but feel like I would be bother the front desk.

Woke up Monday AM with a weird wheezing cough. Booked for Tuesday PM. Upon arrival, I only waited for less then 10 minutes until my name was called. The staff, nurses and doctors were all friendly. I was out in 30 minutes.

The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!
