Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

I had a great experience at vybe. The staff was very nice and the quality care was great. If you can’t get an appointment with your PCP this is the place to go.

This was my first time at vybe, I didn't know what to expect, but I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk person to the nurse to the doc treated me with the utmost respect and care. I described my issue and treatment was provided. Thank you vybe.

I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. The service here is always great and as long as you fill out your papers online before you arrive, my wait time has never been no more than 15 min.
