This facility is just swamped with patients right now, yet the staff and providers do their absolute best to see everyone they can. They helped us make multiple appointments and get seen as quickly as possible. Despite being so busy, everyone we dealt with was friendly and kind. It was a pleasure to use the Springfield facility.

It couldn't possibly have gone better. I called for the televisit at 9:00 and had my inpatient visit (for a Covid test) at 11:30. I was seen immediately and a doctor spent several minutes answering questions. I can't recommend PM Pediatrics highly enough,
