Went in to get my daughter checked for covid.. she can’t stop coughing or throwing up. They wanted 168 dollars to be seen then 100 to check her for covid and cost of other test.. I went down to express care and got her seen for 95 dollars! The people at rapid remedy were rude and can don’t give a crap about their customers!! Will NEVER go back ever!!!

Horrible my child was sent home from daycare with a clear runny noise, eye crust and a tempature spike of 101.2. I gave her allergy medicine she took a nap and was fine. The next day my husband took her in to get a doctors note that she could go back. There was nothing wrong with her. Her eyes and noise had been clear for 24hrs and no fever she wasn't fussy or anything! After waiting in the waiting room for over a hour with kids that where throwing up my daughter started to throw a fit crying. When She finally got back to see the doctor her noise was runny a little from crying. Still clear still no eye crust and no fever. He told the doctor everything and that we needed a doctor note. Doctor asked if she had been fussy. He said no she has been fine. The doctor then proceed to check her ear saying it had some pink to it. Remind you she just got done throwing a fit!!! He leaves saying nothing then the nurse comes in and says they are prescribing her medicine and that she MIGHT have an ear infection my husband asked for a doctor's note. The nurse didn't exactly say no, but proceed to say she should probably stay home another day and gave him a Tylenol chart and told him even though she's NOT running a fever he should give her Tylenol to ease her pain and gave him no other information or paperwork on the medicine they were prescribing her or her diagnosis. I had to show up asking why because remind you my daughter has no fever no runny nose no eye crust no diarrhea and no vomiting she wasn't showing any signs of discomfort before the waiting room and after the waiting room. When I showed up I flat asked why I can't get a doctor's note if she has no fever or anything else and that I wanted a copy of what's wrong with her and what they're prescribing her they printed it out for me when I started reading it they had her symptoms down as green yellow snot, congestion and fever!!!! She had none of those and according to the doctor he diagnosed her with an ear infection because her ear was slightly pink. When to Mercy in Joplin for second option THERE ISNT A DAMN THING WRONG WITH HER. And this is the second time! First time was with my son he sounded congested with a cold they said he had a upper respiratory infection, prescribe no medicine. I went up to Joplin Doc said he had a cold that was in flaming his Airways by irritating them they prescribe medicine so he could breathe better. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I tried twice because they are close, but its not worth it at all!!!
