My wife hates going to the Dr, feels that they do not listen to her and immediately focus on the fact that she has Diabetes and must not be taking care of herself. For the fist time in many years, we had a Dr that focused on the issue that brought her in, the diabetes was noted but was not focused on at all. The Dr had a great bedside manner, was patient, caring and understanding. She took the time to listen to my wife's concerns, address them one at a time and make her feel likwe she mattered adn was heard.

It would be great to be able to see Primary Doctor when needed. I called today, Iā€™m sick today, the representative offered me an appointment on June 15!!! This happens every time I call for an appointment, even when calling a week in advance. Think this situation needs to be addressed. In the first few years this did not happen, the last 3 years have been a nightmare when trying to see Primary Doctor. This is a management problem not a staff problem.

My only complaint is when I asked for a chair while intake person helped she said no. I am disabled and it causes severe pain to stand for any period of time. So not ADA friendly.
