2 hour wait with an appointment at 12:30. Appointment was booked on line for our grandson to be seen. Convenient and better than ER at a hospital. I received help on the IPad from woman at the desk. Don’t know. I used his mother’s insurance card. The wait was horrible. Making an appointment is a joke. The provider was very good.
