Took my 2 year old in since his PCP couldn’t get him for another 2 days. He woke up with a crusty right eye and low grade fever. Staff took us in right away even though we called to let them know we were running late due to traffic. Friendly and confident staff. Thorough, diligent and compassionate (NP) Nurse Practitioner ( can’t recall name-sorry!) who is a natural with toddlers. Left with meds on hand. Baby helped himself to a lollipop on his way out which we would normally not allow. But he behaved just fine thanks to the help of all the staff.❤️ So we let him hold it until he fell asleep:) Highly recommend!🙏

Doctor was thorough and caring. Total visit time was over 3.5 hours which was not pleasant. Front Desk staff could benefit from customer service training - calling people honey or sweetheart doesn't make their demeanor better

I needed a urine drug test at 3 am and had to sign a policy that I would wait 1 hour without asking staff when I could be seen. I feel the policy is unjustified.

Scheduled online appt was easy. The office itself appeared to be very clean and you can smell that the facility was and has been continuously being maintained with Lysol and whatever else. So good job there. Front office staff was average. I made a reservation for 12am. Got there at 11:50pm to check in. They called me back around 12:30am. At the time there was NO one in the lobby. Seemed pretty quiet in the rooms as well. I wasn’t seen by anyone till 1:15am. While I was waiting in the room, i can hear the nurses or the medical staff all gossiping about various topics. One of them I could tell was even cutting their nails! Gross and how extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. The medical table also didn’t even have a liner for patients to sit on. So who knows if they disinfect those or not. The medical staff surely seemed lazy (with the exception of the gentleman who kept cleaning and disinfecting the lobby area, he seemed like the only person that cared.) FYI, to the staff those doors aren’t sound proof so patients can hear EVERYTHING! The lady who took me back and checked my vitals was also the same lady who checked me in at front. (aren’t those 2 people supposed to be separate depts? Or does the front office admin staff also check in patients into the back and take vitals? That was the 1st time I’ve ever seen that happen and that already was questionable for me.) I needed to be seen for a severe hives breakout (2nd occurrence) from just having seen another urgent care dr at another location the day before. I figured I would try urgent care first vs going to ER, but in hindsight and immediately upon getting taken into the back, I knew I should have trusted my gut and went straight to an actual hospital and into ER where I know for sure I would have received the proper and appropriate medical and professional care. When the dr (not even sure what her official title was) finally arrived to my room, there was NO introduction of who she was, she just said “ok, so what are we seeing you for.” I told her everything stated above. I advised the urgent care dr, that the other dr that I was seen by on the previous morning, had already given a steroid shot. Let her know that the hives came back but even worse and I was experiencing pulsing in my head, and felt like a bubble in my throat made it hard to swallow but I was able to breath, however it was uncomfortable. These were new symptoms from what I had been experiencing. The dr didn’t even budge when I told her. She just said, “well I can give you another steroid shot.” Her tone was very almost rude and bothered. If someone goes into the “medical profession” you would think they have more manners and are able to effectively communicate as well as empathize to the patients- after all isn’t that why you chose the field? To help and comfort people?! Well I didn’t get a good feeling about her proposed treatment and trusted my gut. Told her I declined to getting another steroid shot. Asked her if there was any other alternative to treatment because I was very uncomfortable, inflammed, itching and swollen. Her reply “well, the shot is the best thing or you will just be itchy, so what do you want to do?” She then proceeded to say that she can prescribe oral steroids. So I told her to just write the prescription and I’ll have an appt with my dr in the morning. She asked if I had blood work done- I told her no, I plan to see my dr in the morning and I can request lab work there. She said “ok yeah good, this way I don’t have to do lab work here.” So, in short she never addressed my issue and concern about the bubble in my throat, my head pulsing and she didn’t put me on the table where patients usually sit. She looked at me from the chair that’s inside of a patient room. Before she left she never asked if I had any questions or what to look out for or what to do if I get worse. She just said she will write the prescription and walked out. 15 min later, the medical staff came in to give me the medicine and that was it. Since the lady never introduced herself I had to look at the prescription to read who prescribed it- her name is: Cindy Tran. I believe she’s a PA-C. I would NOT recommend her nor that facility unless it’s a small and minor issue. Anything that can be life threatening or severe- go directly to ER. I left that office at 2am with NO changes and just wasted my time and $. After seeing one of my regular dr’s the following morning, explained to her the series of events. My dr told me that I was experiencing an anaphylactic reaction and that’s why the hives came back worse and has those additional symptoms. She said that PA should have administered the Epi pen and I would have gone straight to ER. So good thing my airways didn’t close because the following morning my eyes were so swollen and hives were even worse. When I told her the dr wanted to give me another steroid shot, she just looked at me with an unbelievable reaction. I told her the dr prescribed me to take 3 of the prednisone (steroid) tablets for 5 days. She said that was too much and it should only be 1 tablet daily and take with food. This other Dr seen at 24 Hr Temecula urgent care said no need to take with food and take in the morning. Even though I told her I take my Levothyroxine pill for thyroid in the morning. Well that right there is already incorrect! Because the pamphlet for the steroid meds she gave me clearly states to take with food! So, there’s just so many things that could have went wrong had I listened to this health care provider. I’m glad I trusted my gut on this and I would never recommend this place and I do NOT recommend this PA- Cindy Tran! Horrible experience.

Woke up this norning and decided to see a doctor. I went to Solv app and I thought I was done with my schedule I forgot to finish some questions but it was no problem at all. When I got to the clinic everything was done, The Nurse who took my vitals was friendly and good. The Provider was very accommodating and caring. He ordered all the tests to be done and my anxiety about my condition was vanished.
