My wife, 2 sons and I went to go get a covid-19 test done on a Friday morning and was told by one of the urgent care personnel that given the time the test was being done we would not get the results until Monday around noon. I was given my sons' results first thing Monday morning and mine followed a couple hours after, on the other hand my wife's results were not given to me the same day. It is very annoying and frustrating not knowing all results at once, this information is crucial to take measures accordingly. All the urgent care has to say is that it can take up to 4 business days to get the results back, changing their answer from Friday. Had I known and the personnel would have been straight forward with I should have gone to a different clinic.

The bathrooms, waiting room, and care rooms are always disgusting. Even the soaps are watered down! Yuck! The nurses and front desk staff are rude and careless. And the Office manager is a complete nightmare. Should not be in this field of work. The doctors are overwhelmed and taking it out on their patient care. Nothing but neglect and disrespect in this office.

Chickenpox Vaccine: Helpful Chickenpox Vaccine Reviews

"I loved it!!! My daughter wanted to go back! The front desk was great! And the nurse was a sweetheart and the doctors - even though I could tell they felt some type of way because I choose that my child isn’t vaccinated - they were on point and very nice. However, they misdiagnosed because chicken pox and hand foot and mouth look so similar. I went to urgent care in the morning and they said it was full blown chicken pox."
