Don't know how to rate scheduling since I was a walk in. I get there are people ahead of Mr that scheduled an appointment.
I checked at just over 3:15. I was told there was a 3 and a half hour rate. Better than waiting than myapoointment with my doctor that I couldn't see until May 9th.
Anyway, I am used to first come first serve. People that scheduled a appointment after my check in time was put ahead of me. I went from 8th place to 11th place. Looking at their waiting in place app there were more than the original 8 on the list. So, it didn't make any sense to me.
That said the people at the clinic were awesome. All were really nice and professional. They are an example for all clinics to follow. I would recommend them.
The check in staff r very unprofessional with married men right in front of the wife’s n when the married men come alone offering disrespectful services your facilities are amazing but reception r very flirtatious behavior is unacceptable

Short Wait Time
The staff here is really nice and helpful. I was in a rush and they told me that the Covid would be fast and seamless. I was able to get my results within 20 minutes. Thank you Dr. Katumu and the Integrity health clinic team.

Dr. Gee and the team there are amazing. I was greeted quickly and with a smile from the front desk. The medical assistant I have seen twice now and she is always so kind. Dr. Gee is extremely knowledgeable and caring.
