Terrible experience with staff that were condescending and rude. I signed my wife up for an appointment first thing in the morning. She arrived around 830 after being told to come in. Waited 30 mins and then was told she would need to pay 150 for her covid test. She is uninsured and would be covered under the cares act / hrsa as it is prominently displayed across your website many many times. (Ex. https://www.carenow.com/patient-services/medical-tests/covid-19.dot#testcost) She then had to return home to get her wallet. Upon returning to the clinic she was made to wait almost an hour and treated like a new walk in patient. And after talking to the staff myself and being condescended to, the staff told us that we must be getting our information from the wrong place (because your website is the wrong place apparently) and had no idea what was actually on the website (didn't really even seem to understand how a website works). After my wife agreed to just pay for it to avoid further hassle she was made to wait again and talk with someone else behind several more patients. Terrible experience, we did not appreciate the staff treatment it the misinformation (either in the clinic or on the website, I'm not sure which). To my knowledge it's been almost 3 hours since my wife's initial appointment and she is still waiting at the clinic, with covid symptoms, in unnecessary close proximity to other sick patients. Not a good experience, people, come on. Do better.
