The two staff who were working were great. Great because they are overwhelmed And still managed to take care of everyone.

The services was very professional even thought they were texting for Covid19

Waterbury UC office for coming out to the car to test Me & My wife there, due to I’m disabled and blind and you accommodate Us so We didn’t have to struggled getting out and back in my car with my wife’s help and exposing Us Thank for caring for treating your patients with respect and understanding. I didn’t realize you could make an appointment online so my wait time was a little longer than I expected. Other than that everyone was very professional

front desk was ok. a little stressed nurse technician was excellent. nice personality

Really not docs fault for the wait, many people need to be tested for Covid, otherwise very please with the level of service we were provided...

I arrived there early - they started the process early too! Waited in my car, it was relatively quick, easy and painless. Staff was great! Not sure how they keep smiling with a long line of people outside from the minute they open! Would highly recommend this facility :-)
