Very few touch points Everyone was wearing a mask I waited maybe 5 minutes Staff was friendly, caring, professional and informative This was my 2nd visit to the Winton road facility and it was as good as the first time If you need an urgent care this is a safe place to go

We arrived at 6:46 and checked in on app saying we had arrived. It said there were 3 people ahead of us and then eventually showed that we were next. It never notified us that it was our turn and never said to go into Urgentcare. I told my sick daughter we just needed to be patient that we weren’t allowed to go in until we received notice from the app, due to Covid. Finally after waiting over an hour in the car,I risked breaking the rules to go in and inquire about our turn. After all - it was getting close to closing time. The receptionist was very nice but seemed a little frustrated with the app. She said I should have come in and signed in on the physical paper to let them know I had arrived. I have no problem with the receptionist, she was very helpful and a couple of the employees apologized for the wait. They got us in soon after that. My question is why did the app tell us to wait and refresh the wait list when it didn’t mean anything? It even had at column called “at clinic” that said “yes” because I had responded yes to the app when we arrived. The app should have clearly stated that I needed to “go into Urgentcare building and sign in” instead of leading me to believe that checking in on the app was sufficient. Thank you to the staff at Fairfield Urgentcare. I’m sure this app confusion is frustrating for you too.

Very good. Checked in myself and 2 kids online for Covid test. Waited approx 1.5 hour from my appt. a bit longer than I expected but there was other patients there.

I have never been to this urgent care but will definitely utilize it again should the need arise in the future. Extremely professional, kind and caring staff!!

The wait took a bit, but I assume it was because there was someone elderly receiving treatment and I was there for a COVID test so they wanted to minimize exposure. I was happy to do that, but maybe being told would have made me less fidgety.

I had a great experience at CareFirst urgent care. In the middle of a pandemic it was a little nerve racking going into a healthcare facility, but it was very clean and my wait time was not nearly as long as I expected. Only about 20 minutes. I spent a total of an hour there. Very convenient that you can schedule appointments online and put all of your info in so you don’t need to fill out paperwork when you get there. Would recommend this urgent care

Mary at the front desk was absolutely wonderful when it came to checking me in and getting me seen in a timely manner. There was also a mother who came in with her two little girls and she was very caring and compassionate to get them in quicker since the little girl had a swollen eye. She was absolutely wonderful. When I went back to get my X-ray done for my knee the gentlemen was very respectful and walked me through everything that he was doing and when it came to seeing the provider she was amazing as well and explained everything when it comes to what to do next and referring me to an orthopedic specialist. It was by far the greatest experience I’ve had in any medical facility. No one ever hopes for an urgent care trip but if it comes down to needing to go I will drive the forty minutes to go to the Loveland location!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Always there for a covid test and was in and out very quickly.

Covid testing with appointment. Loved doctor, staff was fine, wait time was exceptionally long with an appointment.

The doctor I had was fantastic....thorough and great bedside manner! Front desk was kind and efficient. The nurse was okay but no specific complaints just okay. Wait time was minimal. The only negative was that it was pretty bare and a little run down. Not the cleanest urgent care I’ve been in. Again the doc was WONDERFUL

Due to the Covid-19 testing the office mgr seemed like she could have used an assistant. She was still pleasant and professional. Just had a lot of people not reading the door signs and having to stop and explain the process over and over again. Maybe there should be another staff member in the front to handle the door until Covid testing has slowed down.

Never had appointment. Non friendly receptionist. Too many people standing in office. Not socially distancing. Poor technology. Ended up leaving without appointment. Made appointment elsewhere with ability for Covid testing without coming into office.

The medical staff was good. However, I did not appreciate that the receptionist was only wearing her mask intermittently and I also did not appreciate overhearing one of the women in the office complaining that her mask gave her contact dermatitis and therefore she wasn’t going to wear it. When one is coming in for a Covid test, it is expected that the staff will follow CDC protocols.

This is my fifth visit to this location for Covid related testing. I’ve come to expect high quality from the location and the staff. I was extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. My appointment was for 11:45am, but I wasn’t seen for another hour. There was two medical professionals Unmasked behind the reception counter, but visible to patients. They were not only putting their coworkers at risk, but the patients waiting in the waiting room. One was the nurse who took my blood sample, the other was the attending physician. This is extremely unprofessional and extremely dangerous behavior during a global pandemic. Everyone in the waiting room was waiting for Covid tests. To see medical professionals carelessly disregarding the policies we were all holding in place was jarring. The attending physician also made a passing comment about “how she’s ANTI Covid and masks” to me, a Covid survivor. Please hold your staff accountable and responsible for maintaining mask wearing for their entire work shift.

The online check in process is a total scam. Was waiting in my car for my appointment, checked in as I arrived at the facility, went in at my appointment time and was told that I actually needed to check in INSIDE the facility. In the meantime, I was waiting in a small waiting area with people waiting in line to get Covid test. This defies logic. I will never even contemplate using this facility again.

In spite of signing in online, I waited an hour in the waiting room. In spite of a state wide mask order there was someone in the waiting room with no mask. The person at the front desk wore the mask on her chin the entire time. I went to get a COVID test and feel like I was more likely to be exposed to COVID while waiting for the test. It just felt unprofessional. There was more attention to cleaning of the surfaces and chairs at the restaurant where I did outdoor patio dining than at this facility. The person at the front desk was friendly enough, but a bit abrupt, which would would not have bothered me if she had her mask on.
