I made an appointment for a Covid test. It was for 3:40 pm on Tuesday, August 2. After checking in, we were told to wait in our car til they called us. The wait time would be about 20 minutes. My husband and I waited almost 1 hour in our car before I went in and asked how much longer. Personnel told me they were about ready for us and I could get my husband. Johnathan did our nasal swabs and was very professional. Dr. Dean, great personality and very caring, did come in our room to talk with us before he told us to wait in our car for about 15 minutes for the results. We waited about a half hour before Dr. Dean came out to our car to give us the paperwork that we were negative for Covid. Would suggest timeframes would be more accurate. results.

I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. They were very helpful and kind. I was glad there was a doctor available and I appreciated getting my antibiotic for free. Next time I need urgent care this is where I will go.

The amount of electronic “paperwork” is ridiculous and the fact. That you have to do it all on your tiny phone is crazy. I have to fill out the same for 2 kids! Just give me paper!!!

I was visiting from out of state when I sick with heavy congestion, cough, low energy, and no appetite. They were thorough and did a wonderful job of diagnosing what I thought was a sinus infection or chest cold as the pneumonia it was.

Staff were friendly, professional & cared about me. I had to wait in my car to be called but that was understandable due to COVID. Once called everything ran smoothly. I got my rapid COVID test & the results were ready in approximately 10-15 minutes. I was very impressed by the office overall.

Office was very clean, Marina at the front desk was polite and explained check in instructions very well. We received our first dose of the Covid vaccine there and Mike who gave us our shots did an excellent job. Didn’t feel a thing. Overall very pleasant experience. Thank you.

I made my appointment online & once I came in & registered to see the doctor I was asked to wait in my vehicle due to this facility being a place that tests for Covid 19. This office was clean and the staff and doctor were very courteous. They followed the Covid 19 protocol and I felt safe.
