Woke up knowing my daughter had strep. Took her in when they opened and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. They were all so nice and fast. Another great experience there!

I went as a walk-in and they were able to help me with my child. It was very last minute, so I appreciate them being understanding and helpful.

Wonderful wait time. The provider really took her time into checking everything possible for my boy. Very pleased

The Provider NP Margaret was very friendly nice manners answer all my questions very professional. The MA Rafaela was kind knowledgeable very gentle. The front desk lady Anna was kind with a nice smile. The office was nice and clean. Thank you ladies for all that you do.

Yesterday my 22 month old began having a serious allergic reaction. While in the car, we called ahead and were told that yes this was something Little Spurs was prepared to handle vs an ER. By the time we arrived my son had worsened significantly. I expressed this to the front desk staff and was told she would ask someone to take his vitals. Time went by and my son started vomitting and became lethargic. I asked multiple times to be taken back and was told that bc he was breathing he would need to wait his turn. While walking to the restroom to try to clean up some of the vomit, I saw multiple staff members standing by around joking and laughing. We waited while multiple kids were taken back who to the naked eye seemed pretty well. I considered leaving to go to the ER but was scared to put him in the car. I begged the front to ask someone to at least take his oxygen level and was finally taken back a few minutes later. After seeing the dr, who was wonderful, my son was quickly given epinephrine, a steroid and more Benadryl. It turns out he was in anaphylaxis. After staying to be monitored for nearly two hours we were finally released. The feeling of being helpless while begging medical staff to take you seriously is something I will never forget. Please consider training your staff to triage better.
