Quick ,easy, very efficient, and professional. We LOVED our NP. She was EXCELLENT. The entire team was great! My mind was at ease after we left and I felt that my son had great care. Thank you again to the entire team!

I went in Saturday for a morning appointment, later in the afternoon my son developed a fever a new symptom that he didn’t have that morning. I called the office to see if they could ask the provider to ask if now if he needs a prescription for some medicine since this could possibly change his diagnoses. I never received a call back Saturday. I called Sunday again and I was told the same thing someone would call me back. I never received a phone call back after numerous staff said someone would. I find this concerning when it comes to the care of children the lack of urgency and communication the staff exhibited.

Thank you Crystal for being so kind and the making the visit for my son go by smooth. Also thanks to Angie, ms Elba and Devin for having so much patience I know he can get a little hard when it comes to testing ! Great job to the team ! 100% recommend !!

I brought my grandkids in to get seen and Yolanda in the front desk helped me with everything, she was friendly and helpful. Angelica in back was also friendly. The doctor was nice. Thank you little spurs las Palmas you all are the best

Scheduling is always easy and simple no stress at all. Check-in easy and quick. The staff is always friendly to the kids and care for them as family. I wished they were more than an urgent care.

Yesterday my 22 month old began having a serious allergic reaction. While in the car, we called ahead and were told that yes this was something Little Spurs was prepared to handle vs an ER. By the time we arrived my son had worsened significantly. I expressed this to the front desk staff and was told she would ask someone to take his vitals. Time went by and my son started vomitting and became lethargic. I asked multiple times to be taken back and was told that bc he was breathing he would need to wait his turn. While walking to the restroom to try to clean up some of the vomit, I saw multiple staff members standing by around joking and laughing. We waited while multiple kids were taken back who to the naked eye seemed pretty well. I considered leaving to go to the ER but was scared to put him in the car. I begged the front to ask someone to at least take his oxygen level and was finally taken back a few minutes later. After seeing the dr, who was wonderful, my son was quickly given epinephrine, a steroid and more Benadryl. It turns out he was in anaphylaxis. After staying to be monitored for nearly two hours we were finally released. The feeling of being helpless while begging medical staff to take you seriously is something I will never forget. Please consider training your staff to triage better.

The Provider NP Margaret was very friendly nice manners answer all my questions very professional. The MA Rafaela was kind knowledgeable very gentle. The front desk lady Anna was kind with a nice smile. The office was nice and clean. Thank you ladies for all that you do.

My son’s visit here was horrible!!!! They didn’t prescribe him any antibiotics for his pain while urinating! Told me it’ll take an additional three days to get his results back from the lab. There was no way I was going to let my son go three days in pain! Paid $175 for no damn reason! Ended up taking him to the ER where he got the care he NEEDED! Will NOT be a returning patient/guardian ever again! You guys let me down! Horrible service!
