I have been to this clinic twice with different children. Wait time is wonderful under 5 minutes. Front office staff very friendly and kind. Medical Asst very kind, compassionate, soft spoken, very good with children. Doctor/N.P as well very kind, compassionate, takes the time to explain what's going on, asks if I have any questions and does not leave the room until all questions have been answered, not rushing at all, wonderful with kids, excellent bed side manners. I highly highly recommend this location/clinic, our experience has been beyond wonderful.

For an urgent care, I was expecting longer wait time. But it was the opposite! I probably wait longer at my kids normal care providers office. The staff were super nice and friendly, very gentle with my daughter! Made us feel very welcomed! The dr was very informative, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions! Even though we went for just a covid test, she basically gave my daughter a full check up. We left very happy, and relieved as well!

We decided to come here due to PrimaCare being closed on Tuesdays and my baby girl needed to be seen…we called before making the 30mins drive and was pleased to know that they took walk-ins…upon arrival, we were told that there was an hour wait but I didn’t mind at all…paperwork was sent via text (link provided in text) which was a breeze to fill out versus a physical application…the initial hour wait was actually 30mins…the nurses and Dr. Anjenette (sorry if I misspelled your name) are AMAZING!!! Extremely friendly, courteous, and you can tell that they love working with kiddos…I will DEFINITELY be back if baby girl ever needs to be seen…no more PrimaCare for us :-)

Took my son in today as a walk in for a sport physical around 4:30pm but had to come back at 8:15pm. All was good with to staff and doctor. The only thing I would have to say is that although the waiting area and put rooms looked nice and clean. I kept seeing little net flies around my son even killed 2 of them around him. Maybe the trash isn't taken out every day and that's causing the flies...

I absolutely love this urgent care!! My 8 month old daughter had a ear infection that was getting worse. I tried a few places before here, even stopped at Children’s Hospital, but they were completely packed. Found Little Spurs on Google, made an online reservation and left the hospital and I swear I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Doctors were wonderful, along with nurses and front desk! I have recommended them to my mommy friends! My son just recently had to go and same experience. 10/10 would recommended.

Took my son in late evening after work. Was checked in within 10 minutes, taken into the room immediately with zero wait time. Medical office assistant, medical assistant and the doctor were phenomenal! They were extremely attentive and the sweetest, for sure! My son expressed the appointment/visit was a “quick check in with his cool friends in scrubs” who liked aliens as much as he did. Lol! We have absolutely found our new urgent care home.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Got an appointment today for 4:00 for my granddaughter. Took her and her brother to the appointment. Noticed that he was wheezing too. The Staff helped me arrange an appointment to see him at the same time. I was amazed at how swiftly they took care or things. I love this clinic. The PA Heather was above the moon. Quickly got them diagnosed and medicine sent to the pharmacy
