Greeted by a sweet receptionist. The nurse who took us back was amazing and so good with my 1 year old. Dr who came in was phenomenal! Definitely will be back if we need an urgent care to go to for the kids!

Everything was smooth sailing from check in to seeing the nurse practitioner (who was amazing). My son ended up getting sick during the assessment and the NP didn’t skip a beat in consoling him and getting him and the room cleaned up. It was a great experience for a pretty worried mom and a very sick kiddo.

I seriously can’t recommend them enough. They were so kind and patient. I didn’t realize I needed an appointment because of the rise in Covid cases. I had already been to two other urgent cares who sent us away. I was almost in tears but the gentleman in the office asked what was wrong. I told him and he said they could fit her in so I didn’t have to drag her to another place. The nurses and X-ray technician were patient, fun and friendly and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy to have found this place!

I love the attention and quality of care Little Spurs Urgent Care provides whenever my girls get sick. My 5yo LOVES your stickers... which leads me to believe she likes to get sick on purpose just to pay them a visit and get more stickers, lol!

The doctor is nice and friendly and has always been accurate. Have taken my kids here every time they’re sick and can’t get an appointment with their pediatrician or in the weekends. Office upfront has always been nice as good. The nurse is a different story, if she wants to work with kids she should be a lot nicer and friendly with them, and not so rough with them. She left my kid crying and hurt after she took a strep throat test but was too rough while taking it. Unfortunately, have seen her there several times so Thai could be a reason why I might start thinking about taking them to a different place.

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, New Braunfels - 312 FM306

My 6 month old was sick with an ear infection. The Nurse Practitioner, Deana, was amazing! Very sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. I’ve been here before and had an unpleasant experience with a different NP… so glad my faith in this place is restored.

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Selma - 15069 I-35 N

Had trouble scheduling online. Came in as a walk in. Signed in and the online form told us we were next. 3 people walked in behind us two were walk in status also. All 3 were called back before us. I inquired at the front desk what the problem was and the lady got defensive and told us she needed parental consent and the other patients had their paperwork in order. First of she should have let me know that she needed parental consent instead of letting us sit there with a sick child. Secondly we are at a sad place in healthcare when paperwork takes priority to patient care. The staff in the back was amazing but this visit left a bad impression of Little Spurs policies.
