I went in for a covid test and since my cell phone was broken they did accommodate me to come inside and were very thorough and polite made it very easy for me. I did the online checking and it was easy but lengthy I have insurance so cost was zero. Wait time was short. and check in in was easy. online booking was simple but lengthy yes, yes I would recommend them.

All of the staff, nurse Patricia, Nurse Practitioner, Nan, and X-ray Tech, Dana, were extremely nice. Nan spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. I was very pleased with Mercy Urgent Care and would recommend this Clinic.

I went in for back pain from a previous diagnosis for my neurologist, I had been trying to contact them for an appointment. My pain became unbearable and needed some temporary relief until an appointment could be made. The staff was very courteous, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes before being seen, but due to the current pandemic, this was understandable and the staff was more than happy to give me an update on when I would be seen. The bedside manner of the nurse and LNP was exceptional. They were nice and very compassionate of my condition. I will definitely be using Mercy urgent care again if needed in the future.

After 3 months of trying to figure out what was wrong (that includes 1 trip to another urgent care) I think they finally found the problem and are working with me to get the care I need. Very friendly, efficient, and helpful staff

Our experience at Mercy Urgent Care of Burnsville was exceptional. From the staff who checked us in at the front to the provider “Gerry” who cared for my husband. Everyone was kind and professional and we appreciate that so much. My husband received the care he needed and we are so grateful. Thank you to everyone we saw during our visit on January 4, ***. If we ever find ourselves needing care we won’t hesitate to visit Mercy Urgent Care in Burnsville. They come highly recommended from our family.

Very nice. Very good care. The reception staff is friendly and efficient. The nursing staff is kind, caring, and professional. The physician is attentive, a good listener, careful and thorough in her questioning, and professional and complete in her physical examination. Her diagnosis was well though out and clearly communicated to me both verbally and in writing. Her “bed-side manner” was attentive, caring, concerned, and kind, yet very professional. I highly recommend this skilled team of medical professionals.

I had to get my DOT Physical. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the friendly lady up front that helped me complete my paperwork. My wait was minimal. Everyone in the back was also very friendly and professional. I told my supervisor at work and he is going to start sending everyone there. What a Great experience and I will definitely recommend. Pathetic. $249 and all they did was do a covid test and listened to my lungs BECAUSE I MADE THEM. Didn’t look at my throat. Didn’t feel my neck. Literally did nothing. And I don’t blame the girls. This is the facility’s fault. I will never be back.

My appt was 12 noon... I was a walk in. But I did get in a room within 10 min and the staff is perfect, front desk all the way to P.A Very kind and curteous Did not offer pain medication.. Will not and offers Sudafed instead.
