Mercy Urgent Care Locations in Waynesville, NC

I went in for a covid test and since my cell phone was broken they did accommodate me to come inside and were very thorough and polite made it very easy for me. I did the online checking and it was easy but lengthy I have insurance so cost was zero. Wait time was short. and check in in was easy. online booking was simple but lengthy yes, yes I would recommend them.

It was hard. Had trouble breathing with a mask (asthma). Wanted to fill out forms and deal with everything NOT virtually. So the receptionist let me have the forms in the car. I was there from 8 or so until noon. Dan (EMT) thawed and was fine as did the receptionist. Powell super friendly and appealing. X ray guy fine. Glad I went but not surprised that Covid test was negative and chest x ray ok. Thank God I wasn’t kicked out to be fobbed off on the ER because I did NOT want to go: I am not suicidal. 😜 Bravo Urgent Care! 👩‍🌾

I was in Maggie Valley on vacation and experienced a bad tooth ache. When I explained situation at check in they got me checked in and processed quickly. My Dr (Jen) was compassionate and professional. She prescribed antibiotics to cover me until I got back home to see my dentist. I could not be any more pleased with entire experience at Mercy Urgent Care.

First time going to an urgent care friendly staff kind caring doctor if needed I would go back

2 hour wait for a work physical. Too long. Nurse was nice. Dr. In and out in 5 minutes.

I've had to use this urgent care over the past few years and always have a great experience. I don't think I have ever had a long wait and they have gone out of there way to turn lights down when I have had a migraine there.

I would throw my Doctor out in a second if I could just see the Doctor from urgent care all the time! I may start stalking him just so I can keep up with what office he’s in each day (LOL ). So quick and accurate.God Bless!

All of the staff, nurse Patricia, Nurse Practitioner, Nan, and X-ray Tech, Dana, were extremely nice. Nan spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. I was very pleased with Mercy Urgent Care and would recommend this Clinic.

I went to Mercy Urgent Care after a fall. The staff was ver efficient and friendly. They answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend Mercy.

Received a DOT physical! Staff and experience were great.....only concern was it’s the Covid pandemic! I should have not been made to wait 1 1/2 hours for a physical! I would assume if there was a pandemic your goal would be to get the healthy out in a timely fashion and not wait and exposure to the virus!

I have always gone to Mercy Urgent Care when I need emergency care, because of their cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness . there is less stress than going to the ER

Perhaps the staff were over loaded today and it was 3 pm by the time I got to Mercy Urgent Care , 35 min wait between medical practitioner and the doctor coming in ....

This is my go to place for my DOT physical. No issues friendly staff.

I went in for back pain from a previous diagnosis for my neurologist, I had been trying to contact them for an appointment. My pain became unbearable and needed some temporary relief until an appointment could be made. The staff was very courteous, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes before being seen, but due to the current pandemic, this was understandable and the staff was more than happy to give me an update on when I would be seen. The bedside manner of the nurse and LNP was exceptional. They were nice and very compassionate of my condition. I will definitely be using Mercy urgent care again if needed in the future.

Went in for Covid test. It took two hours...but that's nothing compared to lots of other places. Staff was Super Friendly and helpful!!!!!

Mercy Urgent Cares staff was probably some of the nicest people. I was in and out in a timely manner. Overall my experience could not have been any better.
