I just needed a covid test due to exposure and symptoms. Despite being busy, the staff was quick, professional, organized and courteous. I don’t usually fill these out, but I was impressed.

I got there too early. The Solv app does not work. I had to re-enter all my information every single time to check where I was on the list for service. Once inside the young man who met us at the door and performed the blood pressure, heat rate etc. was fantastic, as was the doctor on call who checked our respiration etc. Both were knowledgeable, kind, competent and fast. We took the test to comply with reduced isolation/ quarantine. It was a Vacation re-entry Covid test.

This was our first time visiting as we are from out of state. I was extremely impressed with how smoothly it runs and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They did a thorough exam and talked everything over in layman’s terms. I highly recommend using this urgent care in Tumwater if in need of care.

Everyone from the receptionist, the medical assistant, the x-ray tech and my husband's doctor were all so nice, friendly and compassionate. I would not hesitate to bring my husband in for future urgent care. I highly recommend Indigo. My husband was also very pleased with his care today. Thank you all so much!

Wait time was a bit longer than projected, but I had the option to be called or texted when my spot came up. I came back in to check on my status about 30 min after the estimated time. Very few customers walked in. My actual appt I was blown away in the best way. Zero pain getting a covid test, best bedside manner I’ve experienced during any medical appt.

I was very pleased at the short wait time and friendliness of the staff. The PA provided clear explanations of his findings and promised ext day follow up on the test results. Overall very happy with the experience.

I felt well received and my questions answered. However being told I can’t see a doctor about sudden first time high blood pressure reading raised my anxiety . I wish I had been given a rapid test since my health was in question. Instead I was told to go to ER because results of COVID test might take 24-72 hours to get back and no one will see me until test back? I’m 64. Guess that is to young for any sense of urgency.

I went to Indigo Urgent Care with a sprained ankle. Tim, the attending PAC, was professional, kind, and thorough. Trish, the MA, was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience.

I had a 6pm appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. All staff was prompt, friendly and helped me resolve my ear ache. This is the second time I’ve used this clinic and would use it again if urgent care is needed.

The three lady’s (did not get names) who helped me get a recliner and took my blood, they were so great and understood everything I needed. They were quick and efficient in sticking me once to get my blood needed.
