I have gone to indigo urgent cares for years now for myself and my kids. Tonight I had the best experience at the Argonne location. The staff was the most friendly and it made the visit so pleasant. Also a specific gal at the front named Kailee was incredible! They weren't doing any more rapid covid tests for the night and she went above and beyond to squeeze mine in and even was willing to stay a few mins late to process it. I couldn't have been more grateful for her. Her kindness was fantastic and ment so much with the crazy week I've had.

They told me at the beginning that I may get a bill due to my insurance, but I appreciate the honesty. I was impressed with how nice the staff was. Really wish my insurance was good with them and I would come here for all urgent care needs. 10/10 would recommend to others.

I always go to Multicare Urgent care as I know I will get the care I need. Provider was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend. My wait time was not too bad at about 30 minutes

My mom and I came in for the monoclonal antibody therapy. All the staff we interacted with were great. Yes, I would recommend the clinic. Wait time in waiting room was a bit long, but understandable for an urgent care facility.

The staff was friendly and they explained everything to me well. I really liked the doctor and she was reassuring with my symptoms. The wait time was reasonable with all the testing that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I walked in with my 8 month old and we didn’t even have a chance to sit before we were taken into the back. We were seen quickly by the provider as well. We had a great experience with both the MA and the PA - they were both extremely friendly and gentle with my little guy. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care.

I called and made an appointment to get Covid tested. The lady at the front counter did not seem to want me to get tested. Then she called over a provider who okayed it. I was called in right away, the gal gave me the test, and I was on my way. Good service.

The staff was amazing! Wait time was super quick! But next time tell me my doctor is going to smoking hot so I could of got ready. Jk But I’ve been having very bad back and leg pain and he was great about getting me a referral for physical therapy and just in general getting me a plan to get better!

This is the only urgent care I’ll take my son to. They are very on top of it, they listen to your opinions and I always feel that I leave with a real professional outlook on the problem at hand. The provider Chris is awesome! Great personality, quick and efficient at a diagnosis and very friendly.

First time using an Urgent Care facility in over at least 20 years. Multicare has absolutely advanced the stigma of an emergency room filled to capacity with ill and suffering people. Online appointments and great, talented staff.

Only 8 minute wait time when I walked in at 8 a.m. Was done with exam and X-ray in 45 minutes. Very friendly professional staff. Haven’t been to an urgent care in 20 years. Was pleasantly surprised by how easy and helpful it was. Thanks so much.
