I have gone to indigo urgent cares for years now for myself and my kids. Tonight I had the best experience at the Argonne location. The staff was the most friendly and it made the visit so pleasant. Also a specific gal at the front named Kailee was incredible! They weren't doing any more rapid covid tests for the night and she went above and beyond to squeeze mine in and even was willing to stay a few mins late to process it. I couldn't have been more grateful for her. Her kindness was fantastic and ment so much with the crazy week I've had.

The front staff were friendly and quick to check me in. I was brought back ahead of my appointment time. I only waited a few minutes for the provider. My test results were done very quickly. I appreciate all their hard work during this Pandemic!

They told me at the beginning that I may get a bill due to my insurance, but I appreciate the honesty. I was impressed with how nice the staff was. Really wish my insurance was good with them and I would come here for all urgent care needs. 10/10 would recommend to others.

I always go to Multicare Urgent care as I know I will get the care I need. Provider was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend. My wait time was not too bad at about 30 minutes

My mom and I came in for the monoclonal antibody therapy. All the staff we interacted with were great. Yes, I would recommend the clinic. Wait time in waiting room was a bit long, but understandable for an urgent care facility.

I walked in with my 8 month old and we didn’t even have a chance to sit before we were taken into the back. We were seen quickly by the provider as well. We had a great experience with both the MA and the PA - they were both extremely friendly and gentle with my little guy. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care.

I called and made an appointment to get Covid tested. The lady at the front counter did not seem to want me to get tested. Then she called over a provider who okayed it. I was called in right away, the gal gave me the test, and I was on my way. Good service.

The staff was amazing! Wait time was super quick! But next time tell me my doctor is going to smoking hot so I could of got ready. Jk But I’ve been having very bad back and leg pain and he was great about getting me a referral for physical therapy and just in general getting me a plan to get better!

I went in for a ingrown toe nail, the provider Lillian Smith told me to go see my primary care provider. It takes over a week to see a PCP, that's why I went to urgent care. This location has taken care of my ingrowen toe nail before. The lady who checked me out was super nice and helpful, I did not catch her name. Very disappointing care from Lillian Smith. I do not recommend Lillian Smith.

My dad needed his ears cleaned. He’s 92 and builds wax real bad. We scheduled an appointment, they got him in, did the cleaning, and we were off and running. Dr Jackie and Madison were AWESOME. Madison went above and beyond getting what the retirement home needed so they would administer his ear drops. She also had a Dr signed document for me to pick up and drop off to the retirement center in case there was a problem. Our family couldn��’t be happier! Thank You!!!

My 6 year old fell off a swing and was complaining about her stomach was hurting. Dr Miller was great and made her feel comfortable about being there, and explained to us what to watch out for throughout the night in case it got worse.
