It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit.

I have gone to indigo urgent cares for years now for myself and my kids. Tonight I had the best experience at the Argonne location. The staff was the most friendly and it made the visit so pleasant. Also a specific gal at the front named Kailee was incredible! They weren't doing any more rapid covid tests for the night and she went above and beyond to squeeze mine in and even was willing to stay a few mins late to process it. I couldn't have been more grateful for her. Her kindness was fantastic and ment so much with the crazy week I've had.

We are ages 73 & 78 & didn’t feel well. We didn’t know what to expect & was uncomfortable in our new situation, unfamiliar environment, possibility of contact with really sick folks. We had been exposed 7 days earlier to a confirmed Covid positive neighbor. It only took a minute or two - for the receptionist to put us at ease. Respectful, friendly, clearly overqualified for the position. We had done the paperwork on line, a little challenging for us “OG’s” (old guy & old gal) the medical assistant was equally as GREAT! Then the Dr. came in continuing the wonderful care & attention he detail & was so gracious. Never been to this facility or any on Christmas Eve. Of course they were swamped with all manner of health issues & took it in gracious stride. Carole & Irv ❤️🙏🏻🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏻 Insurance paid the $500 for testing.

This is our “go-to” urgent care place for the few times we’ve needed them, especially for circumstances where we can’t wait several weeks to see our primary care physician. For a walk-in on a late Sunday afternoon, the wait wasn’t all too bad. I personally really liked that I could check in and then go home to wait while I watched the live wait status at home until my time “in line” got closer. The staff is always friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and caring.

I’ve been sick for weeks and finally took the plunge and got seen. I wanted a blood test and have notoriously bad veins, sometimes at other places I’ve gone the nurses don’t believe me when I say I’m tough to draw from, but here everyone believed me and took extra care to get a good draw! Kristin (or Krista?) was EXCELLENT, she took her time and got it in the first poke (I have had experiences where it took 6 times to finally get a vein!!) I’m so appreciative of the care I received and will definitely go back to indigo next time I or my family require quick compassionate care.

Woke up with periodic dizziness, the up shot of which was a diagnosis of simple loss of balance type dizziness. It cleared up as the day wore on and I went in for an appointment and the doctors said that’s all it was and that I probably needed some physical therapy. He said physical therapy would call me. I would recommend these folks again. They were very nice.

I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe. She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was fully addressed/resolved. I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray. I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

"It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit. "
