It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit.

I have gone to indigo urgent cares for years now for myself and my kids. Tonight I had the best experience at the Argonne location. The staff was the most friendly and it made the visit so pleasant. Also a specific gal at the front named Kailee was incredible! They weren't doing any more rapid covid tests for the night and she went above and beyond to squeeze mine in and even was willing to stay a few mins late to process it. I couldn't have been more grateful for her. Her kindness was fantastic and ment so much with the crazy week I've had.

We are ages 73 & 78 & didn’t feel well. We didn’t know what to expect & was uncomfortable in our new situation, unfamiliar environment, possibility of contact with really sick folks. We had been exposed 7 days earlier to a confirmed Covid positive neighbor. It only took a minute or two - for the receptionist to put us at ease. Respectful, friendly, clearly overqualified for the position. We had done the paperwork on line, a little challenging for us “OG’s” (old guy & old gal) the medical assistant was equally as GREAT! Then the Dr. came in continuing the wonderful care & attention he detail & was so gracious. Never been to this facility or any on Christmas Eve. Of course they were swamped with all manner of health issues & took it in gracious stride. Carole & Irv ❤️🙏🏻🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏻 Insurance paid the $500 for testing.

After searching 5 pharmacies for a covid home test, I stood In tearful desperation at their front doors in need of having my 10 yr old daughter tested for covid 19 on Christmas eve, they genuinely showed great compassion and kindness and squeezed her in right away for a rapid covid test. This is our “go-to” urgent care place for the few times we’ve needed them, especially for circumstances where we can’t wait several weeks to see our primary care physician. For a walk-in on a late Sunday afternoon, the wait wasn’t all too bad. I personally really liked that I could check in and then go home to wait while I watched the live wait status at home until my time “in line” got closer. The staff is always friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and caring.

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe. She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was fully addressed/resolved. I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray. I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

When I began to answer the questions I noticed she really was not interested in in what I felt or had to say. I would never recommend that nurse practitioner to anyone. Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I am truly always blown away by the actual care I get here. This is not an assembly line operation. It is treating patients to the best of their abilities no matter what. It's admitting to the patient when they have reached a point symptomatically that urgent care isn't equipped to the level of care the patient now needs and being referred to the ER to get the appropriate care. I am never disappointed in the care. I am never disappointed in their absolute honesty and willingness to level with you. I am never disappointed in their general demeanor from front desk to intake to physician everyone is polite and kind and seems like they truly want to be doing what they are doing. It is a rare commodity in this century to have a physician treat you like a person, a patient, and not a list of symptoms/meds/treatments. I saw Kye Dixon and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone at any time.
