Our experience at PM Pediatrics was outstanding!!! Our son had a lung/breathing issue, and the staff were so incredibly dedicated, diligent, competent, and caring, that we were taken aback. They ensured every topic was covered, every treatment explained, and when we had to stay longer than expected, they were kind enough to give our son a popsicle (and provide a phone charger to me when my phone nearly died). Would recommend every family come here for their children’s care!

We have always had a good experience at PM Pediatrics in Fairfax. We usually book an appointment online, and they stay pretty true to their appointment times, though on occasion we have to wait for a bit in the exam room. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend PM Pediatrics to anyone with children.

This is a place you never want to voluntarily go but when you do have to go the entire team makes you and your little one feel safe and in good hands. One never feels paranoid for bringing your child to this practice for off hours or emergency help. We appreciate the care and how wonderful the team from check-in to diagnosis to testing.

Wonderful all around. It was a long wait but I was warned and the receptionist squeezed us in as a walk in so I am thankful for that. So even with 17 people ahead of us and one doctor handling it all, I was just happy to get in at all! I will definitely go back for urgent care needs (regular doc closer to home) and recommend to friends. Thank you to everyone who worked 9/12 and stay safe!

I was pretty nervous bringing my autistic toddler to an unknown medical place during the pandemic; however, I was absolutely set at ease by the accommodating staff and the cleanliness of the environment! The receptionist was incredibly kind and efficient. The nurses were knowledgeable and willing to work with us. The doctor, bless him, was a saint. He worked really well under pressure and not only was he patient but didn’t give up until he had fully assessed my kid. I’m still floored by the quality of the services rendered and immediately recommended the place to my mom friends.

This is my new favorite place to get care for the kids. The online evaluation, registration, and scheduling were fast and extremely easy. The staff were friendly and the facilities was very clean. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes! Great job, PM Pediatrics!

There was little to no wait until I got back to the room. Then I waited for 45 min to see a doctor and another 30 minutes for a doctors note. Seems a little much considering I had an appointment and only needed a COVID test. It was a long wait with a 2-year old

Great care started right the front desk with incredible help and guidance from Atifa. Dr. Mark Roddy was so patient and gave very helpful care. Becky was terrific giving the COVID test. As a side note, l loved the Western art work throughout the office. This office also gave amazing help to my wife last Friday. Thanks so much for the great medical care and experience. Cheers!

The front desk attendant was incredibly rude and really didn't listen to the reason we went in today. I understand that policies change but listening is a key component. I explained that we were there for NOT JUST a Covid test, but that's all the receptionist heard. I also explained that the website stated that we'd be able to walk in. The pediatrician and nurse were very nice, attentive, and really listened. However, based on my treatment upon arriving, I don't think we'll return.

I am really annoyed today I was misinformed on the phone about two things. My insurance does not cover doctor visits I have taken my kids to PM so they are in the system. On the phone I was assured I could just get a COVID test and that if we got an appt we could get our results that evening. When my husband took my son they required an unexpected doctors visit for my son in order to get the test and we could not get our results today. One positive was at least the doctor was nice about it and there was a nice VRI for my husband which he liked (he is deaf and didn’t expect to need an interpreter because we were assured this would just be a covid test not an appt so he didn’t request one. I’m glad there were VRI’s available for situations like this). Not excited to get the bill for this and feeling sad I don’t feel like I can trust info I get on the phone

We arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled appt. Waited to check-in. Woman at the front desk took our name and asked what COVID test did we think we wanted. She then told us where to sit to wait. 30 minutes later she noticed us still waiting and realized she never completed our check-in process. I liked it when they had QR code’s available to scan to check yourself in. My 4 year old was forced to wait longer than necessary and we were exposed to others for too long.

Virtua screeningl appt and Day of Covid test were efficient and well carried out. The problem - and why I wouldn’t recommend- is due to the incredibly confusing website. Just trying to schedule the virtual visit was overwhelming and extremely more difficult than it needed to be. Recommend a total re-work of the website with easy to find/follow links and more white space on the page.

I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this place for the little ones with same day urgency!

The facility, nurse, doctor, staff exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we were greeted with one of the friendliest nurse ever. Our child had such a great experience that she wished they were our regular pediatrician's office.
