I did the curbside testing, which I was able to do after my virtual visit with a healthcare worker first. They were able to fit me in within 30 minutes. The nurse helping me was prompt, extremely friendly, and she explained the process from start to finish. I highly recommend this facility.

My technician Macy “I believe that was her name” was by far the best persons to ever give my special needs daughter a strep test. She also had amazing bed side manners with my son on a prior visit today . The front desk receptionist also went above and beyond for me today. Thank you ladies!!

My experience for the curbside COVID test was great. I was panicking because my options ( CVS, walgreens, home test) were not available. But Urgent Care for Kids was great. We had a tele-visit before hand (which i did not want to do) was great- the doctor was so nice. Fast and easy test.

The staff went over and beyond so that my daughter could receive a COVID test safely and quickly during a holiday. I was able to receive results within 30 minutes of testing as well as a personal phone call one day later for lab results. The staff was kind enough to help me to connect with the virtual visit and stayed late following the virtual call to provide the testing.

The provider was great however my daughter’s chart was not made available to the provider until 6 minutes into the visit. When we arrived at the clinic for the car side swab, no one answered the phone so after after several tries I walked inside and waited for someone to come to the desk. I was told that I would have the results possibly in a hour definitely by the end of the day. I have not received the results from the rapid covid19 test and I need them by 9am for summer camp drop off

Everyone was super nice when I went in for my 1st round of my covid vaccine. They made sure after I was injected, that I was ok till the preferred time of any allergic reactions. Not only 1 but 3 different nurses checked on me! I would highly recommend Urgent care for kids. Mindy the nurse was awsome @ the Round Rock location!

I had a adult Rapid Covid test. No waiting. Spoke to Physicians assistant immediately on zoom to set my appointment. I was the first one next day. Plus my grandkids use this facility. Wonderful with kids also. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone.

I did not kind terribly waiting 30 min longer than scheduled time for a 1 minute covid test. My only complaint is that the instructions texted w address should include that it is in the HEB strip all beside Subway, because the marquee light is off as it's after hours.

Someone close to us tested positive for COVID-19. This is hugely disruptive, and threatened to jeopardize important work activities. We needed to get tests scheduled ASAP, and the process to schedule our tests at Urgent Care for Kids was straightforward and easy. The covid-19 test process is inherently unpleasant, but the nurse that came and administered the test to me, my wife, and our 2.5 year old did an excellent job of communicating ahead of time, preparing us for the experience, and administering thr test. I'm not saying I want to get tested again, but if I ever have to be, I'm coming back here!

The wait time on the virtual appointments were extremely misguided. I had two separate appointments and my Dr was around 45 minutes late or more for each. We also arrived for a scheduled drive up Covid test and it took 40 minutes for someone to come out to my vehicle. I also received conflicting information on my issue from two separate PA's. Overall, it was slightly confusing and inefficient.

Urgent Care for Kids, Cedar Park - 905 E Whitestone Blvd

This is my new favorite place! Each Staff member is extremely caring , loving & welcoming to both children & parents! Cleanliness in the entire facility is amazing! Wait time is so short which I absolutely love because no one likes waiting hours to be seen right?! Super convenient! It was our first time & I will definitely recommend 100% & just impressively amazing!
