I had been dealing with eye irritation for a couple of days prior to making an appointment. I went online to schedule an in person visit, but I had to really search out appt times, as virtual options were offered first. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before being called in by a nurse. She was very friendly, took my vitals, and left. Then I waited another 20 minutes for the provider, who was also friendly but in the room for all of 2 minutes. She diagnosed me then left. Waiting almost an hour for a scheduled appointment was absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone there is always amazing.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Out of all the urgent cares I’ve taken my children to, this one is by far the best. Everyone was so polite and I wasn’t there for longer than 20 mins. It’s a hidden gem and I’m so thankful I found it

Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!

I was in and out about a hour and half thought it would be sooner cause was just 2 people but I’ll go back if anything cause the doctor was very nice and caring also professional

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Thank you guys for always being great at what you do. Efficiency is key mostly when dealing with pain and this is why I keep coming back to this location when in need.

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.
